“We attempted to cancel our stay four days in advance due to my wife becoming ill. Because of the time difference, my initial call was answered only by security, and I was required to call back later. When I did, the property refused to issue a refund and would not allow me to speak with a manager. At the very least, a partial refund charging us for the first night and refunding the remaining days would have been reasonable. I run a business myself and understand that things happen, so I was not trying to take advantage of anyone. We were genuinely excited to stay here, but circumstances beyond our control forced us to cancel our entire trip. The lack of compassion and refusal to escalate the issue was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We are rescheduling our Paris trip and will not be rebooking at this property. EDIT - We ended up making it for our trip as my wife felt better, so I will add on to this as I want to be as fair as possible. The rooms are 8/10, the staff was friendly in person. They accommodated early check in(3 hours) and late checkout (1.5 hours). If it wasn’t for the initial issue this would be a 5 star”

“It’s all about a staff which is super helpful here. Apartments are well equipped for a couple of nights. I would recommend to make a little gift for guests (sweets or wine) instead of putting prices on everything which are higher than in a local grocery store as this “offer” makes the whole superb boutique hotel concept feel… cheaper.”
